Our collaboration with our favourite chocolate makers in the city, Soma. Each light as air soft, marshmallowy chocolate pavlova is topped with whipped vanilla cream, a chocolate custard, sour cherry compote, Soma chocolate truffle cubes & chocolate shaving. Serves 8-10 people. Best eaten the same day.
