Roselle West & East

Hello friends,

It’s been quite the exciting week for us. This past Sunday, we had softly opened our second space at 108 Dovercourt Rd. The day passed in a flurry of well wishes, friends, family and curious neighbours coming by to check us out. What a vibrant neighbourhood!! We introduced a whole new range of products (more on that later) and they were met with such enthusiasm. Our customers are simply the best!

We are currently still in soft open mode (hours listed on the “Find Us” page), with limited hours as we try and work through all the details involved with opening a new location. We thank you for your patience.

Our grand opening is Saturday August 3rd, from 10am-6pm.

With the addition of a second location and a few changes to our menu, we thought it would be helpful to provide a little guideline for whats’s up here.

So, to, without further ado, the deets!:

  • There will be no croissants available here for the moment. We’re working on it!

Just a friendly reminder that we are cashless at both stores.

Whole Cake Orders

Pick-up will be at Roselle East, our original location for the time being.

No More Cannelés

We are suspending the production of our much loved cannelé. We did not come to this decision lightly. With the addition of viennoiserie to our Roselle West location, we do not have the capacity to produce them. We have limited oven capacity because the variety of croissants and brioche we have added to our offering needs time to bake.

To all of our cannelés lovers, we sincerely apologize for disappointing you. Hopefully, in time, we will streamline our production schedule and you will see these delicious gems on our menu again. Thank you for understanding.

That’s it for now!

We hope to see you at either locations!

- Sincerely, the Roselle Crew
